Complete Platform User Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and lakuroto ("Platform", "we", "company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and services offered by lakuroto.

Continued use of the Lakuroto platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making deposits, playing games, or placing any bets — means you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules.

To register and use lakuroto's services, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. lakuroto strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into valid and binding contracts under applicable law.
• Not located in a region or country where access to online gaming platforms is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Registering solely for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have never had an account previously closed or suspended by lakuroto due to a terms violation.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at lakuroto. Having more than one account is a terms violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Lakuroto conducts an identity verification process (KYC) as part of its standard compliance procedures.

• Your account password is entirely your own responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify Lakuroto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Lakuroto is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of an account due to the account holder's own negligence.
• Each account must belong to an individual — corporate or group accounts are not permitted.

Lakuroto accepts a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including bank transfer (FPX), DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other valid e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 or as specified by the selected payment method.
• Funds may only be deposited from an account or source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited within seconds to 5 minutes depending on the payment method.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• The bank account used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the Lakuroto account holder — no exceptions.
• Lakuroto processes withdrawals in under 5 minutes for most requests.
• Prior to your first withdrawal, full KYC verification may be required, including a copy of your identification document.

Lakuroto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• Lakuroto reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.

• Exploiting technical loopholes, bugs, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or obtain funds dishonestly.
• Making any attempt to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the Lakuroto platform.
• Registering multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, or personal details.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.

Lakuroto is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from use of the platform.
• Losses caused by internet connection failures, power outages, or external factors beyond our control.
• Third-party actions that gain unauthorized access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

Lakuroto reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 7 days before taking effect via in-platform announcements or email.
